Who we are

The DCCC is a diverse coalition of 30+ members co-initiated by Dalberg, PharmAccess Group and Philips in 2019.

We connect global stakeholders in the digital health landscape to collectively address systemic barriers for digital healthcare transformation in low- and middle- income countries

We focus on bringing the right people and organizations to the table to share learnings, co-create public-private partnerships, leverage our collective capabilities and scale on-the-ground health care efforts.

Our members include private sector companies, public-sector entities, knowledge institutes, non-governmental organizations, social entrepreneurs, funding organizations and other digital health initiatives.

Our desired impact

We want to contribute to the enabling environment and infrastructure for achieving Universal Health Coverage across low-and middle-income countries by accelerating the digital transformation of healthcare through public-private collaboration.

Our core values

Learning and entrepreneurial mindset

We are eager to learn and share knowledge, ideas, best practices and insights. We take a venture approach to run projects.

Collaboration

We are a group of people working towards a common goal. We encourage open, inclusive communication so that ideas and partnerships can thrive.

Action for impact

We are committed to driving joint action for scalable and sustainable change.

Inclusive

Our strength is in the complementary capabilities found in the diversity of people, organizations, cultures, thoughts, perspectives and ideas.

Governance

Our lean and flexible organizational structure avoids over-dependency on any one partner. We are governed by a Coalition Board of 4 representatives with a Core Team that oversees projects, operations and communication. Our Working Groups focus on key projects, topics and themes.

Coalition Board

The coalition is steered by a Coalition Board, consisting 5 members. The board services a 2-year term with a possibility of renewal. Board members provide strategic guidance on overall direction and shape DCCC priorities.
