How does this organization contribute to our joint mission to accelerate the digital transformation as a means to achieve UHC in LMICs by 2030?
Z-waka is an ASEAN-based, digitally-supported platform delivering accredited CME/CPD clinical training to primary care physicians and other HCPs in LMICs. Achieving UHC depends on a competent frontline workforce, and digital delivery lets us reach it at a scale in-person training cannot. The platform is free for HCPs and our medical association partners. Our programs span NCDs, mental health and SRH, with measurable gains in clinical knowledge and practice.
What does this organization bring to the DCCC network?
Z-waka brings a proven model for digital clinical training and a network of 100k+ HCPs and 120+ medical associations and hospitals across Southeast Asia, where the DCCC’s presence can grow. We can share practical lessons on running accredited digital training with limited public or donor funding, partnering with HCOs and pharma, and measuring clinical uptake. Our platform and partner network can also act as a channel for members’ digital health tools and clinical content to reach frontline HCPs.
